Welcome to the Ildikó Apartment!

If you would like to relax, to make a holiday, or spend your free time at the Lake Balaton, visit us! In our apartment you can do it under modern, comfortable and friendly conditions.

Our house was built 2007 on a most beautiful part of Zamárdi-felső, 112 km from Budapest, 8 km from Siófok, 200 m from the railway-station, but the lake Balaton is only 200 from there.

The Apartmenthouse consist of 15 single apartments. In the apartments can 4 persons comfortable relax. In all accomodations can be found a living-room, a well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, gascooker, as well as 2 double-room with terrace, a bathroom (bath) and toilette.

In all apartments there is a Tv with 30 chanels as well as an air conditioning for the swelter. In front of the houses there are 15 private parking place for our guests.

"A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, a szobák tiszták, az apartman tágas."
"A mindennel felszerelt konyha azért messze van a valóságtól, külön kellett kérni kést, amivel vágni is lehet (kaptunk egy teljesen életlen kést is a meglévő 1 darab mini recés kés mellé), a vágódeszka 1982-ből maradt ott ennek megfelelő állapotban, ugyanígy a lábasoknak is lóg a nyele és a vágódeszkával egyidős állapotban vannak. A konyhában a munkapultot a mikró (aminek az ajtaja szorul, így csak többszöri nekifutásra lehet bezárni) teljesen el is foglalja, így még egy kisebb főzést is nehéz megoldani. A dohos, kiült koloniál kanapé hozza a kötelező balatoni retro-stílust, ahogy az ágyakban a totálisan elhasznált, tartás nélküni, teknő-formájú matracok is. Nyilván ezekkel mind együtt lehet élni, de azért ez a sok apró hiba sokat ront az ár-érték arányon."
