"Nice and clean house in a small bay.
It was a nice and clean accommodation very close to the coast. It is so silent and friendly, you are hided from the neighbors by the crowded olive trees. From the terrace you have the view to the sea, what is beautifully clean. I like so much the outside kitchen, and the huge terrace. - For little children it is not proper, only with strong supervising by the parents, without this an injurie of them is possible, but for older e.g. about 8-10 years it can be suitable, the pebble beach is rocky in fact out of the concrete wrapped segment, there are few possibilities to lay dawn onto your towel. I would recommend it for families with big children or for couples who would like to relax."

"Sehr schönes Anwesen und schönes Haus
Ein sehr schönes Haus auf einem tollen Grundstück, schön bewachsen mit zahlreichen Olivenbäumen und Feigenbäumen und Weinstöcken. Der Weg zum Haus ist ca. 50m und ist sehr gut befestigt (gepflastert), so daß das Tragen des Reisegepäcks keine wirklich größe Mühe bereitet. Das Grundstück könnte etwas schöner gepflegt werden (wirkt etwas unaufgeräumt, wenn man genauer hinsieht) und die Einrichtung des Hauses könnte etwas liebevoller gestalltet werden (z.B. Lampenschirme an allen Lampen, Bad mit etwas ansprechender Ausstattung, der große Sonnenschirm war nicht funktionstüchtig). Ganz hervorragend, und auch praktisch, ist der Außenbereich mit der Außenküche und dem gemauerten kroatischen Grill. Den Platz haben wir genossen. Der Weg zum Meer ist ca. 30m und ebenfalls über einen schönen gepflasterten Weg und meist zumindest im Halbschatten. Der Blick zum Meer ist ziemlich eingeschränkt, durch die zahlreichen Olivenbäume. Das muss man in Kauf nehmen. Keinesfalls sollten die schönen Bäume einer Säge zum Opfer fallen. Durch die genannten nicht so schönen Punkte ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht optimal. Aber insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit vor Ort und haben die Natur und die Ruhe genossen. Zum Kontakt mit Inhaber/Personal ist es leider nicht gekommen, aber die Abwicklung über Adriagate hat sehr gut funktioniert, daher max. Bewertung für Inhaber/Personal"

The Robinson-style house is the perfect choice for those who seek peaceful relaxation with absolute tranquility in nearly untouched natural settings. The Robinson-style houses are typically located either on small islands or in remote bays accessible only by boats, ferries or dirt roads - far from main roads. Sometimes this accommodation type is completely isolated with no neighbors in the vicinity, sometimes there are a few other houses nearby. Such an accommodation has no central plumbing usually, drinking water is actually rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels (12V) and the stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is also no hot water in the house and the shower is usually outdoors with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational and economical use of water is recommended. It is highly recommended that you buy all the necessary supplies, including groceries, before your arrival because the nearest local stores are usually located far away from the house.
