"Tot la Negative: Luand masa la restaurantul hotelului, am observat cum din bucatarie au iesit doi caini (bishoni) care se perindau fara nici o problema prin bucatarie si tot restaurantul, de mai multe ori. Stapanii, care am inteles ulterior ca erau si proprietarii hotelului, stateau chiar dansii cu cainii in restaurant, jucandu-se cu ei de fata cu clientii care luau masa. Micul dejun a fost groaznic. Saracacios, lipsit de calitate, inexistent. A trebuit sa cerem paine, si omleta sau alte preparate, deoarece ele nu existau pe masa de servit."
"Fotografiile de pe siteul hotelului nu reflecta realitatea. Acestea sunt decand hotelul avea 4*, ulterior acesta ramanand la 3*, dar pozele nu sunt actualizate la starea hotelului. Camerele au peretii jupuiti, murdari. - Lenjeria parea ca a mai fost folosita. De cum am intrat in camera, s-a simtit un miros vechi de tutun, impregnat in pereti, draperii si covor. Nu functiona tot sitemul de iluminat. La baie, erau lasate careva recipiente pline de mucegai, in care trebuia sa fie sapun lichid."

"Locația este foarte aproape de centru, camera curată și călduroasă, iar personalul amabil."
"Produsele de igiena de la baie arătau a fi destul de vechi, dar cum oricum eu una nu le folosesc niciodată, nu prea a contat pentru mine."
