"Jedyne co wyróżnia się na plus to czystość w obiekcie. Cała reszta to jest prawdziwy DRAMAT. Brak środków higieny w łazience (o 22 szukałem mydła w pobliskiej żabce, żeby się umyć). Brak możliwości wywieszenia mokrych ubrań (podobno jest suszarka w jakiejś innej części budynku, problem w tym, że zajęta przez rozlokowanych po wszystkich pokojach ukraińców). Na lodówce w kuchni wita nas napis: "zakaz prania ręcznego, grzywna 50 zł". Po skonsultowaniu się z właścicielką okazuje się, że prać owszem, można ale w wyznaczonym do tego miejscu gdzie znajdują się pralki. Po zlokalizowaniu ich spotyka nas kolejna "niespodzianka". Pralki są na monety. Żeby cokolwiek wyprać musisz wrzucić 5 zł XD Hipotetycznie chcesz wyprać bieliznę. Wg regulaminu nie możesz tego zrobić ręcznie. Musisz wydać 5 zł, żeby uruchomić pralkę, po czym w konsekwencji nie mieć gdzie tych gaci wywiesić, bo wszystkie suszarki pozajmowane przez przyjaciół z bliskiego wschodu. W pokojach zimno, temperatura wycyzelowana do minimum. Kołdry letnie. Rano do pokoju dobija się ekipa sprzątająca, która o ósmej budzi cię waleniem w drzwi, nie bacząc na to czy akurat nie wróciłeś spać po "ciężkiej" nocy. Nasi utalentowani kulinarnie przybysze ze wschodu to też niezły folklor tego miejsca. Od 16 okupują kuchnie a po całym obiekcie roznosi się "zapach" smażonego mięsa. Mówiąc prościej wali po pokojach jak w barze mlecznym. Inną sprawą jest, że młodzi, krzepcy Ukraińcy mogli by te swoje kulinarne pasje realizować np. na froncie, myślę że kompani z wojska byliby zachwyceni. Podsumowując. Obiekt prowadzony po "poznańsku", w najgorszym tego słowa znaczeniu. Lokalizacja na Junikowo, więc kawał od centrum. Za 100 zł za dobę warto poszukać ciekawszych alternatyw. "
