Accommodation - reservation conditions
General Contract Terms   1. Contracting Parties The contractual relationship between the customer and the provider of the accommodation VIA HOSTEL, s.r.o., which is represented by Bc. Lukáš Stara (the "Provider") is regulated by the Civil Code of the Czech Republic and this General Terms and Conditions. The Provider reserves the right to create other conditions and information in his commercial materials, that take priority over these terms. 2. Prices and their changes Indicative prices for accommodation and any other services for customers are listed in the presentation materials of the Provider (websites, brochures, etc.). However, only the price stated in the booking confirmation or the e-mail offer (the "Voucher") is binding for the customer. 3. Services and their changes The Voucher determines the scope of the contractually agreed services and their binding prices. The information in the commercial materials are only informative and do not affect the content of the contract between the customer and the Provider. The Provider has a right to change the concluded terms of stay in cases that are outside of his control (e.g. force majeure). Such changes shall be notified by the Provider to the customer without undue delay, no later than 7 days before the first service is provided. Unless the customer agrees to these changes, he or she has a right to withdraw from the contract without undue delay. In cases that the customer have paid in advance, he or she will receive a full refund for the stay. There is no right to any other compensation. 4. Cancellation and changes made by the customer The customer has a right to withdraw from the contract with the Provider at any time before the arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires a written form (electronic form with delivery is sufficient). The date and time of delivery of the written notice (according to the delivery note) are decisive for determining the cancellation period. Cancellation fees are charged for each customer (each guest of the group reservation). If cancelled within 1 day before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the first night. There may be agreed on special individual cancellation conditions in case of large groups (minimum 10 guests). The Provider will waive the cancellation fees if the customer was unable to use the services for the following reasons: death in the family, client or family member hospitalization, serious illness, natural disaster. These reasons must be proved by the customer to the provider by the written document as soon as possible. If the payment for the accommodation has been paid before the stay, the Provider will refund to the customer within 30 days from the cancellation day. 5. Cancellation of the accommodation by the Provider The Provider is entitled to cancel the stay if providing the accommodation services is too difficult to secure to the customer as well as in case that some material or mental damages can be caused to the Provider. The Provider is obliged to notify the customer about the cancellation of the reservation and the reasons for the cancellation as soon as possible. In cases that the customer have paid the accommodation in advance, he or she will receive a full refund for the stay. There is no right to any other compensation. 6. Credit card guarantee Reservations made online via the booking form or other reservation systems must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. The Provider reserves the right to make a preliminary test of the validity of this card and in case of no-shows or late cancellation of the reservation to use this card to charge the cancellation fee. 7. Complaints The customer is required to notify his / her objections to the quality of provided services and tell the requirements as soon as possible. The customer is obliged to apply his / her requirements without undue delay directly during the stay so that they can be solved in the hostel immediately. If the claim is not filed immediately, the customer's entitlement to compensation for later damages is diminished or expired. 8. Applicability These General Contract Terms are applicable for customers of Hostel Fléda, Štefánikova 24, Brno 602 00. They enter into force on 1. August 2018 and become binding between the parties from the moment of booking by the customer or by sending an electronic reservation from the website.
