Situated in a quiet environment, on the vineyard with beautiful panorama, on the marge of the forest but not far from the coast. The lockable grassy garden is ideal for grill, barbecue, and parking. More tourist destinations are possible to reach with a few kilometre long hiking or cycle tour: a look-out tower, from where the whole Keszthely mountain is visible. The well-known Bock Bistro and the traditional Festetics Taverna restaurant, with its wine cellar and its terrace are situated in the neighborhood, with the same beautiful view.

"Nagyon kedves házigazda, az apartman is kellemes, tágas. Igazi "retro" szállás, ez leginkább a berendezésen látszik, de ez semmit nem von le az értékéből, nagyon szépen karba van tartva, nyílászárók is cserélve lettek, látszik, hogy megkapja a törődést, tiszta, szép állapotban fogadott minket a szállás. A csigalépcső elég meredek, ami felvezet, de nagyobb gyerekekkel nem okozott gondot, kisebb gyerekekkel odafigyelést igényel. Van 2 erkély is, ahonnan nagyon szép a kilátás, a Balatonra lehet rálátni."

"Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a házigazda! Amikor megérkeztünk, végül egy kisebb apartmant választottunk, mint amit foglaltunk és azonnal átpakoltak, rendben raktak nekünk ott mindent. Amint látták, hogy kisgyerek is van, azonnal hoztak fürdető kádat is. A házi néni ott lakik a legalsó szinten, az ottlétünk alatt végig nagyon segítőkész volt."
"Nagyon szűk és meredek a csigalépcső az apartmanokhoz. Normál esetben is figyelni kell, hova lép az ember, egy kisgyerekkel a karban vagy csomagokkal a kézben kimondottan óvatosan kell járni."
