Description of the accommodation:

Ideal for families too

Family home at a calm, quiet neigborhood, near to the town center. The house has got a really big garden, where you can find a pool, arbour, oven, barbecue and sunbeds. Parkplace in the garden to be found. For children, there is a playground in the street.

On the first floor you can find 3 fully separeted appartements with a sleeping room, bathroom, toilette, and two of them have got even a small passage too.
The appartements are double bedrooms, but if it is necessary, you can require extra beds for two appartements, and for big group of guests there are sleeping places
for two people in the living room too. (Altogether 10 sleeping places; 6 beds at a usual price, and the 4 extra beds at a lower price.)
The well-equipped( micro, freezer, oven, etc.) kitchen, and the big living room with television, and satellite are common places for the appartements.
The floor has got a balcon.

Two friendly, playful dogs are in the garden, but they are separeted.

In case of bad weather conditions, there are 3 famous healt-resorts near to the town.
