The apartment offered as accommodation is situated on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, next to the 4-km public beach of Zamárdi /unique in the Balaton area/, on the upper floor of a row house constructed of clinker bricks, approx. 80 metres away from the water.

The apartment opening from a separate staircase, with its 4 double bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, 2 sanitary rooms /washbasin, toilet, shower/, dining and living room and two terraces overlooking the Balaton provides comfortable accommodation for up to 8 persons /+2 extra beds can be installed if necessary /.

Communication equipment of the apartment: TV /38 channels/, Wi-Fi internet access.

Two cars can be parked in the yard /included in the accommodation fee/.

Accepting and following the house rules is a basic precondition of renting and using the apartment.
The apartment can be pre-booked 2 weeks before the arrival by paying a 30% deposit.

Neighbourhood:
Outside of the summer season, there is a food shop at the disposal of our guests 300 m away and a restaurant open all year round, wellness and fitness services and a squash court within 30 m.
In the summer season, snack bars, restaurants, gaming and entertainment establishments and a tennis court offer their services within 100-150 m.
