Happy Home Apartman Gyenesdiás enjoys a great location. The Lake Balaton are just over 1 km away and the center of Keszthely is 3 km away. The cheerful semi-detached house has air conditioning, a huge terrace, a balcony and its own small garden, of course with barbecue facilities.

The spacious, well-equipped house with separate entrance is all for guests' convenience. On the ground floor, the spacious living room has a comfortable sofa. The nice, well-equipped kitchen also has a dishwasher and washing machine. From here, a staircase leads upstairs, where a large bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The separate small bedroom also has a double bed. The upstairs bathroom is with shower, and there is an additional washroom on the ground floor.

Restaurants, grocery stores are within walking distance. There are two beaches in the village. One is the children's favorite, the Gyenesdiás Play Beach.
The area is full of attractions. Keszthely: museums, Festetics castle, festivals, beach, Sumeg: castle, Balatonederics: Africa museum, Rezi: Dinopark

"Jól felszerelt, jó beosztású szállás. Hiába fekszik a főút mellett, mégis csendes, semmit nem lehet hallani a házban a kinti forgalomból. Szupertiszta :) A gyerekek imádták az udvari hintát."
"Nem jó kifejezés erre a negatív tapasztalat, inkább fejlesztendő dolog :) A sötétítő függönyök sok fényt eresztenek be, ezeket vastagabbra lehetne cserélni a nagyobb komfort érdekében."

"Közel van több bevásárlás központ, Mcdonalds. Keszthely belvárosa még gyalog is elérhető. Tökéletes kiindulópont a környék felfedezésére. A ház jól felszerelt modern, minden van!! Biztos, hogy fogunk még jönni ha Balaton környékén fogunk kirándulni."
