Grand Hotel Sofianu is the only hotel-art museum in Romania, located in the Zăvoi park in Râmnicu Vâlcea, which has an area of ​​approx. 17 hectares, and only 300 meters from the city center. It houses the works of the most representative 500 Romanian plastic artists.
The 62 classically decorated rooms have all the facilities of a modern hotel, including air conditioning, minibar, flat screen TV with international channels, card access, safe, Wifi and cable internet, 24/24 reception.

Inside the hotel there is a wellness center that includes: indoor heated pool, equipped with counter-current swimming facility, dry sauna, wet sauna, massage and hydromassage center, fitness room equipped with professional cardio equipment.
Outside, running tracks, 2 outdoor fitness areas and 6 playgrounds and a skatepark await you inside the park. In the immediate vicinity of the park there is a soccer field and 4 tennis courts that can be rented by the hour.
The hotel is located in the middle of the famous spa resorts of Călimănești, Băile Olănești and Govora and 7 km from the Ocnele Mari Saltworks.
