Description of the accommodation:

Ideal for families too

We're waiting for vacationers in our 150 sqm apartmanhouse, which consist of two parts, in Balatonfenyves. On the ground floor there is a living room with chimney, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet, and 2 bedrooms, otherwise on the first floor there is an american style living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. On the 1900 sqm landscape you can enjoy the rest-place in the garden with sunbath beds also. You can find outdoor fire place for 10 people, playground ( wooden castle, slide, sandbox, swings), covered outdoor playground (table football, billiard, table tennis). We have a playfield also. In the covered veranda and terrace there is an enough place for 12 people to sit. Garden shower is available.
More cars can be park in the garden. The house is protected with alarm-system and equipped with sat-TV and Wi-Fi.
Maximum beds are for 12 persons + complementary beds for 4 persons.
