"Szép az apartman környezete"
"Érkezéskor többszöri telefonálás után sem hívott vissza a szállásadó, pedig a megadott legkorábbi érkezési idő után érkeztünk, zárt ajtók fogadtak. Amikor megérkezett a szállásadó, az előttünk levő vendégeikre panaszkodott, nyilván ezzel azt a gondolatot ébresztve, vajon rólunk mit fog az utánunk következőnek panaszkodni.. A jól felszerelt konyhából számomra alapvető konyhai törlő/konyharuha hiányzott.Ugyanígy a fürdőszobából a folyékony szappan, és 5 éjszakára 4 főre egy tekercs wc papír várt bennünket. Tisztában vagyok vele hogy a szálláshely önellátó, de azt gondolom ezek olyan alapvető dolgok, melyek egy szállásadó számára ügyfél elégedettség szempontjából minimális kiadás mellett sokkal jobb eredményeket hozna. A tűzhelyren ráegett olaj fogadott, és jó lett volna ha a hűtőnek van egy kicsike fagyasztó része. A szálláshely minden helyisége sötét, nappal is lámpát kell kapcsolni. A wc-ben ugyan volt egy szellőző nyílásnak tűnő kerek műannyag lap, de se elszívás, se ablak nincs.. Amikor mi voltunk nem volt nagy hőség, de ha pár fokkal melegebb lett volna a nyugodt éjszakai pihenéshez hiányzott volna a légkondi. A szálláshely szép környezetben van, könnyen megközelíthető, es a Balatonpart is közel van. Akinek csak ez számít, annak ajánlom a szálláshelyet. Akinek fontos a szállásadó segítőkészsége és kedvessége is, az inkább keressen más szálláshelyet. Mi kicsit rossz szájízzel jöttünk el."

Köszönöm az értékelést azt gondolom hogy minden apartmanunkban van mosogatószer kéz mosó szappan és wcpapir még WC illatositó is hogy ne kelljen egyből boltba menni az hogy a garázsomból lopkodjak a WC papirt nem normális dolog tudom ajánlani a szállodákat minden kedves vendégnek aki nem tudja mit jelent az önnellátó kifejezés a klíma csak abban az apartmanunkban van ahol fel van tüntetve kérem a foglaláskor vègig olvasni mit foglal mert sok év munkàját teszi tönkre egy ilyen értékeléssel
