The guesthouse is heated with air conditioning, which is controlled remotely. Due to the reduction of utility cost and in order to avoid further accommodation fee increases, during the heating season (October 15 - April 15), the guaranteed maximum temperature in the guesthouse is 22 degrees Celsius.

The use of the stove in the living room is NOT ALLOWED for safety reasons!

"A ház valóban csendes, hangszigetelt, a zsákfalu utolsó utcájában, erdőhöz közel. Herend és a Spar kb. 10 perc, Bakonybél kb. 40 perc kocsival. A házhoz nagy gondozott kert tartozik, tűzrakási lehetőséggel. A konyha jól felszerelt, a nappali tágas, világos, kényelmes. A kályha nincs használatban. Érdekes könyvek, játékok segítik a szórakozást. Az emeleti szobák nyitottak, a matracok kényelmesek. A házigazda segítőkész volt, üzeneteinkre gyorsan válaszolt."
