"Távollétünkben a házigazda bejárkált a szobákba, a fűtésért reklamálni kellett"
Accommodation's reply:
A szobákba szellőztetés és a szemetes kiürítése miatt szoktam bemenni. Önök megbeszélés nélkül hoztak egy kisállatot, aminek az almát a szobai szemetesben tároltak. Engedély nélkül használták a klímát fűtésre, amit 28 fokra állítottak, nyitott ablaknál. A klíma távirányítója el volt zárva, nem a szobában.Az összes nem használatos paplant elővették, a kisállat ürüléke az ágyon, szőnyegen és sok szemét várt a takarításnál a női szobában! Amikor szóltak, 26 fok volt nyitott ablakoknál. Nálunk 22 fok az éjszakai hőmérséklet, fatüzelésű kazánnal fűtünk 23 óráig, a szigetelt ház, 3 rétegű üveges ablakok tartják a meleget.

"Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A szállás szép tiszta és rendezett volt, az ágy kényelmes, a konyha jól felszerelt. Látszik, hogy nagyon sok munkát fordítanak a tulajdonosok a szállásra, akár a felszereltséget, akár a kivételes tisztaságot nézzük, sok szálláson jártunk már, de a Donátus Vendégház ebből a szempontból is kiemelkedik az átlagból. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!"
