"Jakość obsługi pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tak nieprofesjonalnym podejściem do klienta. Właścicielka obiektu zażądała ode mnie prowizji za wystawienie faktury, gdy przekazałam jej, że zgodnie z ustawą, nie może oczekiwać ode mnie jakiejkolwiek opłaty za fv, powiedziała, że skoro ja mogę sobie odliczyć 8% to ona też chce... podczas rozmowy powiedziała, że nie wystawi mi jej wcale, obraziła się i rzuciła słuchawką. Po kilku minutach zadzwonił ktoś, podając się za prawnika... problem w tym, że nie miał pojęcia o jakichkolwiek przepisach, a pod koniec rozmowy nazwał mnie wprost biedakiem, ponieważ cyt. ''właścicielkę stać na te 60zł, a Panią nie'', nie wspomnę już o tym, że zaczął mnie straszyć i pytać czy jest to wyjazd prywatny czy służbowy. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tak bezczelnym podejściem do gościa. Na szczęście na miejscu nie obsługiwała nas właścicielka, a jej syn, który był uprzejmy i próbował nawet załagodzić sytuację. Gdyby nie właścicielka obiektu i ten drugi Pan, podający się za rzekomo ''prawnika'' to byłoby to wprost wymarzone miejsce na rodzinny weekend. Co do samej lokalizacji - jest przepięknie, klimatycznie swojsko, pośród błogiej ciszy i natury. Miejsce ma ogromne predyspozycje, więc jeśli Pani właścicielka nie potrafi rozmawiać z ludźmi i ma problem z prowadzeniem biznesu oraz płaceniem podatków to może warto zatrudnić ludzi, którzy w tym pomogą. Niszczy Pani swój własny biznes takim zachowaniem, a szkoda, bo miejsce ma ogromny potencjał."
