Description of the accommodation:
We welcome those wishing to relax to the "Zámor Green Quarter" of Keszthely. The apartment offered for rent is on the upper floor of our family house, which has a fully separate entrance. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a kitchenette and 2 balconies. The apartment can be booked as a whole or by the room, which is allowed by the separate bathrooms belonging to each room. The 2 southern rooms have access to a balcony and the bathrooms open directly from the rooms. Each room has a wardrobe with hangers and drawers, a TV set, 2 beds with a full set of bedclothes and bedside cabinets. The bathrooms have towels, liquid soap and toilet paper. The room facing east has a roof window and its furnishing differs from the southern ones in that it does not have a TV set and the bathroom belonging to the room opens from the living room. The living room, the kitchenette and the western balcony (opening from the living room) are in common use. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 dining tables (for 8 persons), 3 refrigerators, 1 microwave oven and 1 hot plate, as well as cutlery, plates, glasses and cookware. The living room includes a TV set, 2 armchairs and a sofa, which can be opened to make a bed, thus accommodating 2 more adults. In addition, we have 2 extra beds. There are small tables with chairs on the balconies. We can provide a fenced parking place for cars. In the yard, there is a baby swing with a slide, as well as a fireplace and an outdoor table with benches. A cauldron, a harrow disc and firewood are provided. The Libás Beach is a 10-minute walk away from the apartment.
The rooms and the apartment can be rented for as little as 1 or 2 nights, but an extra fee should be paid in this case. Staying alone in a double room is also possible for an extra fee. If a person wishes to stay alone for 1-2 nights, the extra fees add up.
If you do not show up on the expected date of your arrival or if you cancel your reservation after having paid the deposit, the deposit is not refunded, but you can change your reservation to a later date!
