Dom & House - Siedlisko Koleczkowo

We cordially invite you to the unique Siedlisko Koleczkowo facility, which is located on the outskirts of the Tri-City, and more specifically on the Kashubian Road, 25 km from Gdynia and 35 km from Gdańsk. There are many lakes and picturesque scenery in the area, perfect for any season of the year, while the Siedlisko itself is fully independent and will satisfy the most demanding Guests

Siedlisko Koleczkowo is a detached villa with an area of ​​255 m2 and a fenced plot of 10,000 m2. It consists of an open, spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor, where you will also find a fireplace and a seating area. From the living room there is an exit to the garden where we will find a covered veranda with a grill, a smokehouse, a place for a bonfire, as well as attractions such as an outdoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, or a trampoline for children. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are available from May to September.

Siedlisko can host 14 adults. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, a fold-out armchair and a private bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and also a private bathroom with shower. In the second part of the floor there is a passage bedroom with a sofa bed, a double mattress, another bedroom with a double bed and a fold-out armchair, and an attic with two additional single beds. There is also a bathroom with a free-standing bath and shower.

There are electronic locks installed in the habitat, so after signing the contract you can check in remotely.
