The Hotel went through a complete refurbishment and its 42 rooms offer four star services with common entrance, reception, lobby, restaurant and conference room with the neighbouring former Hotel Sissi offering 44 rooms with three star services.

"Kedves személyzet, jó reggeli, hosszú check-in idöszak, tiszta, központi, a zajon kívül ár-érték arányban tökéletes lenne."

"Hajnali 5-kor elkezdték a kukákat huzigálni az udvarban, ez eltartott fél 7-ig, pihentetö alvás sajnos ki volt zárva. Emellett olasz turistacsoportok buliztak a hall-ban még hajnali 1-kor is. Lehet, hogy csak nem volt szerencsém, de éjszaka kb. 4-5 órát lehetett nyugalomban aludni."

"Csomag megőrzése: ez nekem fontos, mert tömegközlekedéssel utazom, így az utolsó nap is nap, nem kell a táskát cipelni végig."

"Egy nagyon érdekes fürdőkád volt. Három éjjel voltam ott, nem sikerült rájönnöm mit nem csinálok jól. Kb 1 m széles hely volt, ahova betettek egy ülőkádat, amibe ha felnőtt ember beleül, a lába a nyakában van. Zuhanyozni sem volt ideális, mert a kád ülő mivolta miatt nem volt egy talpalatnyi hely. Nem volt egyszerű a tisztálkodás, de lehet én nem jőttem rá a nyitjára."
