Chalupa v tichom prostredí malej obce Konská pod vrchom Baranec v Západných Tatrách.
Turisti, ubytovaní u nás oceňujú tichú lokalitu, blízkosť okresného mesta, krátke vzdialenosti do Západných, Nízkych a Vysokých Tatier, na Liptovskú Maru i do Tatralandie.
Chalupa má uzavretý oplotený dvor so záhradným posedením a prenosným grilom. V objekte sú tri izby: 1x4+1, 1x3,1x2+1.V zníženom prízemí je kuchyňa s plným vybavením, mikrovlnná rúra, chladnička, elektrická dvojplatnička i elektrický varič. V kúpeľni je sprchovací kút, umývadlo a WC. Kúrenie je elektrické, priamo-výhrevné. Ubytovanie je vhodné pre menej náročných turistov.
