Our guesthouse is situated on a 1000 m² plot filled with fruit trees and grass, offering two separate holiday units, providing the opportunity for relaxation to two families at a time. Due to the size and division of the plot, families can vacation independently and without disturbance from one another.

We only welcome families at our accommodation, please consider this when making a reservation!

The garden is safe, child- and parent-friendly. While the children are occupied, parents can also relax on sun loungers, in the pool, and enjoy our garden equipped with a grill and a fire pit.

The garden is fenced with a locked parking lot that can accommodate 2-3 cars. The layout of the garden separates the different functions from each other and creates a homely atmosphere.

Cottage:
A separate 2-story, modernly furnished, well-equipped holiday house is located in the garden. From the large, partly-covered terrace, you enter the open kitchen – dining area – living room, where there is a pull-out sofa and cable TV available for our guests. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in double gas hob, coffee maker, microwave, combination refrigerator, and ample dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses, and plastic dinnerware and high chair for children. There is a bedroom with a double bed, where you can also find a framed baby cot and a dining area inside the house.
The room leads to a shower-WC, where we provide a baby bathtub, potty, and toilet seat reducer for our baby guests. The staircase next to the entrance is the only danger for small children, thus we recommend it to families with older children or a baby. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The cottage is suitable for one family (2 adults + 2-3 children).

Apartment:
The 55 sq m section of the main building on the upper floor is a few steps away from the garden and is single-level, with no stairs inside the apartment.
From the large, covered residential terrace, you enter the apartment. From the anteroom, there is access to the bathroom with a corner bathtub and WC. In the modern bathroom, we await our little guests with a baby bathtub, potty, and toilet seat reducer.
The living room features a smart TV and a sofa set, through which the extra-equipped kitchen-diner can be accessed. A highchair is provided! The kitchen is fitted with a built-in gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, large combination refrigerator with dual freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A plastic dinner set for children is also available here. From the kitchen, you can step out onto the terrace and into the garden. The apartment can accommodate one family (2 adults + 2-3 children).

On the ground floor of the main building, separated, by a staggered garden, the hosts live with their 2 older children. As parents of 2 larger children, we understand what is important for families with children during their vacation. Therefore, we do not disturb anyone with our unnecessary presence but are only present to assist our guests, whether it be for program suggestions, building a fire, or local information.

Wireless internet access is provided throughout the guesthouse area.
