Casa Toma M Baia Mare

The house that we rent is located in the historic center of the city. The city has a medieval architecture, it is very close to restaurants, terraces, tourist attractions, parks, the Art Museum with works by famous artists of the Baimarene School, the History Museum, the Ethnography Museum and the Village Museum. The city is also known for the Mineralogy Museum which has an impressive collection of mine stones, the city being a mining town in the past.
In the vicinity of the city there are many tourist attractions to visit; monasteries, ski slopes, lakes, mountain trails, traditional Maramures churches, etc. In the month of September, it is organized the Chestnut Festival.
Parking can be done in front of the house on the sidewalk. The house has 2 bedrooms: one double, one single, plus a cot for a small child (baby), a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. We have our own closed yard where children can play. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine and dryer for clothes, towels, disinfectant solutions, soap, etc.
As owners, we do not ask for a guarantee for the rental, but in case of damage to the house, we will take the necessary legal measures. We also do not allow children to play with outdoor toys in the house, such as scooters, bicycles, cars, etc. (the house has a solid wood floor from 1950 that we would like to preserve as much as possible).
