We ensure our guests' recreation in a calm environment far from the city's noise.
The Aranypatkó Pension is situated in a nice valley between Mecseknádasd and Óbánya, 25 km from the ciry of Pécs, in the East-Mecsek National Park. Our guests are welcome in a familiar environment with 8 double rooms and an intimate restaurant.
Our additional services include the riding school, horse shows and riding tours in the picturesque landscape of Mecsek, Pécsvárad, Márévára, Váralja and Kisújbánya area.
Our guesthouse is an ideal place to relax, and for those who love nature. The forests of Mecsek provide an excellent opportunity for hiking, walking, cycling and horse riding.
You can hike in the surrounding beautiful nature conservation area to see the legendary ruins of Reka Castle, the birthplace of Scotland's Queen, St. Margaret. You can learn about the traditional pottery of Óbánya and taste the local food specialties and wines.
