We are delighted to provide you with all the comfort of a quiet, park-facing house, newly furnished with central heating, built-in balcony,
close to downtown (150 m), ÁRKÁD shopping center (100 m), restaurant (50 m from Carát Restaurant).
A good starting point for a trip to Austria, as well as to Ponce, Pannonhalma, Fertőd

Next to the house there is a bakery, vegetable, ABC.

The bathroom has a built-in infrared sauna, 2 x 30 minutes per day included in the price.
Flat Screen 82cm Samsung TV with USB Output, WIFI Usage,
modernly equipped kitchen (fridge, electric cooker, coffee maker, micro, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, standing-rotary fan).

Parking in front of the house two. Free from 18 to 8 am (200 HUF / hour during the day).
PARKING at the ÁRKÁD shopping center is free during the day

"A szállásadók nagyon kedvesek voltak, az apartman szerintem nagyon stílusos, nekünk nagyon tetszett. Nagyon jó helyen van Győrben, szinte minden gyalogosan megközelíthető. Szerencsére nagyon jó időnk volt, de az infraszaunát így is nagyon szerettük. Ha legközelebb Győrbe jövünk, biztos, hogy ismét ebbe az apartmanban szeretnénk megszállni."

"Nagyon otthonos, kényelmes, modern és jól felszerelt apartman. Közel van gyalog is mindenhez, de mégis csendes és nyugodt a környék. Nagyon kedvesek a tulajdonosok, vártak rám a ház előtt, rugalmasak voltak az érkezés és a távozás időpontjában is. Nekem annyira tökéletes volt pár napos városnézéshez, hogy itt szeretnék megszállni legközelebb is."

"Az apartman tiszta, a konyha jól felszerelt. A szauna jól használható, új, tiszta. Közel a belváros, a Rába part, és az Árkád bevásárlóközpont is. A szállásadó kedves, segítőkész."
