"Sajnos a hűtőgép nem hűtött. A tulajdonos barátságos volt és elnézést kért, megoldásként először egy másik apartmanban lévő hűtő használatát ajánlotta, majd a z alagsorban lévő konyhában találhatóét. Lévén, hogy a mi szobánk a második szinten volt ez nem a legkényelmesebb megoldás volt. Szállodásként tudtam volna olyan megoldást, gesztust, amivel mindenki elégedett lett volna..."
