The house lies only 200 meters away from Lake Balaton out of the noise of the city center
althought it can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.

Cars or motorcycles can be parked in the closed garden. The big garden and terraces equipped with garden furniture give a full time entertainment for adults and children as well.

A separate apartment with a floor area of 55 square meters, which includes a three-bed room and a two-bed room, as well as a bathroom and two terraces. A kitchen, dining room and living room with cable TV are available. Netflix and WIFI are free of charge.

Air conditioning is available (5 Euro/day).

The price contains: water, gas, electricity costs, bedlinen, towels and final cleaning.
