You can find everything here what you want. Traditional Hungarian, country-style house with all the elements connected to this.
We used only natural furnitures, wood and ceramics items. Sheets and towels also have been made of recycled materials.
In summer time the temperature inside the house is perfect since the walls are made of stones.
Free WIFi and the international UPC channels are available.
Pets are also welcome for 10euro/day with only one condition. They can use only the ground floor because of hygiene reasons and in order to protect the soft wood floor covering.
This house strictly non-smoking. Outside there is a smoking area next to the barbecue place.

The newly renovated beach (opening this summer) is about 5-7 minutes by foot from the house with several sport activities.

The description of the House:
The house is located near the most
beautiful part of the lake, on the north
shore, in the neighborhood of Mount
Badacsony. The modern, 7-year-old
building in a beautiful farmhouse style with
thatched roof is a jewel of a property. It is
situated in the Badacsonylábdihegy area at
lake Balaton .

Its area is about 1800 square meters with a
fully serviced building (water, electricity,
gas, dual-channel connection). It has a
south-westerly position, a panoramic view
and two sliding doors (not electric) as
property driveways. The fence is made of
acacia wood, and there are several fruit
trees found on the property. For irrigation, 2
taps are available.
House:
The house has two floors, a thatched roof
and partial wood paneling. It is a beautifully
developed, sophisticated house with 180
square meters of living space and a 18
square meter covered terrace. Furthermore,
there is also a 30 square foot semi-circular
terrace, which is not covered.
In the house we find 3 bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. The living room, the dining room
and the kitchen are grouped together in an
open style layout. There is also 1 pantry, 1
hall with staircase (wooden stairs),
authentic rustic furniture, antique
furnishings and shutters.
Safety:
The house is located in a cul de sac. The doors and windows are
protected by shutters. The front door is
custom-made: the inside of the door is made
of plated steel and the door has several
locking pins.

The bus stop, and the railway station is about 10 mins by foot. You can go almost everywhere around the Lake Balaton, its very easy.
In Badacsony city there is the ferryboat. If you buy ticket for this ( about 10 euro for 2 people with 1 car), you will on the other side of the lake within 10 mins. ( Zamardi, Fonyod)
