"I know some have complained about noise, but I had no problem at all. My room looked away from the lake and was quiet even when there was music playing by the lake. Also, despite no A/C and very hot 100-degree days, the room temperature was pleasant due to the great insulation, large window, and fan they gave me. The room was clean. The furnishings are basic but perfectly adequate. I could order breakfast and dinner at a discount and found the food tasty. The location is perfect. I had a pleasant stay."

"100% avoid.. The hospitality was awful - the disrespect and rudeness from staff is something I have never experienced before. As a family with small children and a pushchair our room was not accessible at all and received practically no help at all carrying the pushchair and bags up and down 4 flights of stairs. The room was supposedly refurbished recently with the bathroom made to be disabled accessible however a wheelchair user would not even be able to get to the main reception as there are so many steps and no ramp, the lift is incredibly small and old & that doesn’t get you to all rooms. There was a huge crack in the ceiling of the room and the balcony garden and chairs were extremely dangerous with pieces of wood hanging off and nails sticking out. Not safe for an adult to sit on let alone children. Multiple days in a row I had to ask housekeeping to change sheets and towels, get toilet paper etc despite having the sign hanging on the door. There is a slide for children to use in the gardens however this has a very steep wall next to it with no safety barrier around it just a few flower pots. If a child was to fall this could end up very seriously. These are just a few points, there are so many more reasons however I would be here all day."

"A fürdőkád-zuhanyzó rossz beépítettsége. A tető dőlési szöge miatt a fürdőszoba kádjában csak gugolva lehet zuhanyozni.Soha életemben nem találkoztam ilyen rossz megoldással."
