"Elmondás alapján előttünk távoztak előző lakók,10 órakor. Kitakarítottak, fertőtlenítettek, És ennek ellenére tele volt a szoba döglött bogarakkal, és a bakapöhölyt gurgatta a szellőztetés. És így csak 14,30-kor foglalhattuk el a szállást. Kérdem én mi lett volna ha takarítottak volna?"

"Kedves" vendégünk!
Engedje meg, hogy reagáljunk értékelésére és véleményére, melyet a legteljesebb mértékben visszautasítunk, mivel valótlanságot állít. Bizonyítható módon NEM volt távozó vendégünk az Önök érkezése napján! Az Önök szobája 14 órától rendelkezésükre állt. Önök jóval korábban érkeztek a településre, becsöngettek és közölték, hogy már itt vannak. Felajánlottuk, hogy el is foglalhatják a szobát, de Ön nem élt ezzel a lehetőséggel arra hivatkozva, hogy van programjuk, majd vissza később visszajönnek. Ez így is történt, de nem 14.30-kor!!!!!
A szobájukat előző nap ózonnal fertőtlenítettük és alaposan kitakarítottuk. Kizárt dolog, hogy döglött bogarakkal volt tele, ezt teljes mértékben visszautasítjuk. Vendégházunk 6 éves működése alatt még hangyát sem találtunk, erre kiemelt figyelmet fordítunk! De ha így lett volna, Önnek azonnal jeleznie kellett volna a szoba átvételekor! Ezzel szemben semmilyen negatív visszajelzést nem kaptunk Önöktől, másnap reggeli érdeklődésünkre, hogy minden rendben van, Önök igennel válaszoltak. A bakapöhöly szót nem ismerem, így erre nem tudok érdemben reagálni.
Fentiek alapján két lehetőség van: 1. Ön merő rosszindulatból minősít valótlanul és alaptalanul. 2. Ön összekeveri vendégházunkat más foglalásával. Ennek eldöntését Önre bízzuk.

"Sajnos csak egy hétvégét tudtunk együtt tölteni a barátainkkal idén nyáron, ez viszont remekül sikerült, amit vendéglátóinknak köszönhetünk. Házigazdáink nyitottak, barátságosak és vendégszeretők voltak, a szállás pedig egyszerűen szuper."
