Grozić Apartments are situated in a family house in a quiet part of town, surrounded by terraces, beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, a heated swimming pool 7,0 x 3,5 m, depth 1.5 m.
House offers accommodation in two newly renovated and comfortable apartments . The apartments have a separate entrance, which further allows privacy to guests.

Apartment A1 (4 +2), 85 m2, located on the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower and one bathroom with shower, terrace with a view to sea. In the living room there is a sofa that can serve as an extra bed for up to two people.

Apartment A2 (4+2 persons), 100 m2, is located on the second floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate toilet, balcony with a beautiful view of the sea.

Accommodation comprises: air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, DVD, radio, internet WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge and frezzer.

Covered parking space is provided.

In the spacious and beautifully landscaped garden, guests have on use the grill, garden furniture with parasols, deck chairs, swimming-pool ...
