Ideal for families too

The holiday house is situated on lovely Njivice hills, just about 620 m from the sea and from the nearest beach. One of the main characteristic of this house is that is very noticeable because of its green color. The strict center of Njivice is only 1 km away so that means that you will enjoy in nice and relatively quiet setting of Njivice hills but the center of this family friendly tourist destination won't be far away either.

House has 2 floors and a ground floor. In the ground floor there are two apartments for rent (one for 2+2 persons and other one for 4 person) and on the first floor it is the same thing (also two apartments, for the same number of people). The second floor is reserved for the owners who are living here.

The guest have their own parking spaces (one parking place per apartment) at their disposal and also there is common outside grill for all the guests.
