"Aussicht, Aussicht, Aussicht!!!
Das Apartment ist geräumig und in sehr guter Lage und mit herausragender Aussicht von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Letztere macht vieles wett. Leider ist der Standard doch sehr ‚oldschool‘, die Möbel sehr alt und teilweise auch nicht ganz in Ordnung. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind aber neu. Der Vermieter, der unten wohnt, ist sehr freundlich."

"Not so comfortable and clean
· The location from the apartment and the view from the balcony was super. Located in the old part of Bol, nearby beaches and supermarkt on the corner.
The appartment and balcony are big enough for 4 persons. There is a dishwasher and wasmasine.
Downstairs on the terras of the owner there is a bbq, which we could use but didn''t because the other gasts and owner were also stting there.

· The apartment was old and dirty, much dust everywhere and spiderwebs on the sealing. The oven was unhealthy to use, rusty and dirty and the toilet should be replaced while it looks like you still see remains in the toilet.
We had to sit in the bath to shower (sitting bath) which was not comfortable. When we arrived there were only 4 glases and coffeecups . We had to ask the owner for more glases and we got 4 more, there were enough plates.
The chairs on the balcony were old and one was broken, not comfortable to sit on. We swopped the broken one with a comfortable chair of the owner. So we had at least 1 comfortable chair. The sunscreen was also old and showed signs of wear, had cracks.There is no sittingroom, when it was very windy we had to sit in a bedroom, where the television was.
Almost every day the bbq''s were used at about 12 noon (from the owner and the one below the apartment), at that moment it is not possible to sit on the balcony because of the smell.

I think it is not possible for the owner to change anything for the better, his own appartment looked the same way, so its his way of living."
