Our newly designed apartment is located 150m from the historical center of Sopron.
All important sights, restaurants and terraces can be reached on foot in 1-2 minutes!
The size of the apartment is 50sqm.
Security: access to the apartment is camera controlled!

1 bedroom with double bed for 1 * 2 persons
1 living room / American kitchen with 2 full-size sofa beds for 2 * 2 people
The rooms have a separate entrance and can be locked!

"Van bicikli tartó zárt udvaron belül"
"Párom haja indulás előtt 2 nappal lett befestve. Hajmosás után ez sajnos megfogta a törölközőt és a párna huzatot. Hazaiindulásunk után 70 perccel már hívott a szállásadónk, hogy nem tudták kimosni és ezért újat kell vennie, amit nekem kell kifizetni... Ezt nevetségesnek találtuk, mert: 1. tudjuk, hogy ki lehet mosni 2. nem egy rövid programra kell berakni az ágyneműt a következő vendég érkezése előtt. Szóval mondtam neki, hogy postázza el nekünk, majd mi kimossuk. Ezt meg is tette a mi kölltségünkre (szánalmas)... Mi egy két és fél órás mosó programmal simán ki tudtuk mosni természetesen. Másnap pedig vissza küldtük neki az ő költségére (1-1). Sosem voltam panaszkodó típus, de ettől kiborult nálam a bili..."

Azonban szeretném pontosítani.
Takarítás során azt tapasztaltuk,, hogy a párna lefordított fele narancssárga foltos volt valamint a törülköző és a huzat is. Szerintem az lett volna a korrekt, ha szólnak, hogy mi történt,. Egyébként mi is hajfestékre gondoltuk azért nem próbáltuk meg kimosni, mert a festék úgysem nem jön ki, gondoltuk. Felhívtam a Önöket és abban állapodtunk meg az ÖN JAVASLATÁRA, , hogy postázzuk el és megpróbálják kimosni. Ha nem jönnek ki a foltok akkor megtérítik a kárt. A megbeszéltek szerint elpostáztam, Önök jelezték hogy kijöttek a foltok, majd visszaküldték. Megkaptuk és lezártnak tekintettük az ügyet.
Ha már a biliről beszélünk::
1. Ha a szállást nem úgy adom vissza ahogy kaptam, akkor jelzem a szállásadó felé vállalva a károkozás akár anyagi következményeit is
2. Önök sem voltak biztosak benne hogy a foltok kijönnek majd, ezért kérték a postázzuk el és megpróbálják kimosni
3. Sajnálom, hogy a bili csak azután borult ki amikor kiderült, hogy kijött a hajfesték
4. Akkor is kiborult volna ha nem jön ki?

Sajnos többször előfordult már, hogy az ágyneműt és törülközőket maradandóan kimoshatatlanul beszennyezték.
Sajnos a mi árképzésünkbe nincsenek belekalkulálva az ilyen jellegű problémák sem!
