Houses in a row Vlado consist of 2 buildings, one of which offers an apartment for 2 people and an apartment for 4 people with a shared garden where there is a shared table with benches and barbecue, and the other building is a holiday house for 4 people with separate entrance and garden where there is its own barbecue, outdoor shower, and gazebo with garden furniture for complete relaxation during the warm summer evenings.
The holiday house is located in a central location in the popular village of Umag - Punta, right between the city center and beautiful beaches. Everything is easily accessible on foot in a few minutes.
All apartments are fully equipped with care and love and quality furniture to make every guest feel at home.
Parking is located in a fenced and protected yard.

Beautiful and special apartment Vlado A2 is located on the ground floor of a family house and consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror, bed linen is provided (weekly change). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, toilet, and washing machine, two-bathroom towels per person are provided (weekly change). The living room consists of a dining table with a corner bench, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, hob with one electric hob and three gas burners. Veranda at the entrance to the apartment overlooking the garden.

Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, two bath towels per person are provided (weekly change). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, oven, stove, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dining area with table and 4 chairs, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-fi internet connection. From the hallway where there is a wardrobe and air conditioning, there is a beautiful veranda equipped with a table and chairs. Comfortable and beautifully decorated holiday house Beatrice has two double bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with bedside lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, while the second bedroom has two single beds (80x200) which can be connected, wardrobe, bedside table and bedside lamp, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom and a separate additional toilet are available in the house. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, washing machine, wall-mounted hairdryer, while a special additional toilet has a sink with cabinet and mirror. Two bathroom towels per person are provided (weekly change), air conditioning is in the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with two gas burners and two electric hobs, kitchen hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots, dishes, and cutlery, dining table, and 4 chairs. At the entrance there is a magnificent veranda equipped with a sofa and armchairs with a coffee table and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-fi internet connection is available. Solid wood house furniture enhances the quality of the house. In our house, you can spend days of rest and relaxation in the beautiful garden or on the veranda. There is a yard with an outdoor shower, an outdoor fireplace, and two parking spaces. Ideal accommodation for families with children or two pairs of friends.

The house is in a privileged position, a few minutes walk to the beach and town center, near the supermarket, 150 m from the Umag promenade and the sea, while the beach is 900 m, 450 m from the gas station, bank, and ATM 250 m, 10 m from the restaurant and 900 m from the center of Umag. Near the apartment, there are several restaurants and pizzerias. Only 150 m away is the tourist train station that departs from the tourist resort Katoro and arrives along the coast in the center of Umag and vice versa.
Nearby beaches are of different structures for all kinds of needs and tastes, sandy, rocky, pebble, equipped with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas. These beaches make a unique beautiful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast that allows you to protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach that suits you best, just scroll a few hundred meters as the structure of the beach changes. For those who love the gym, free outdoor gym equipment is available on Villa Rita’s promenade.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, inns, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

Grožnjan, a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade, a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. - respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
