A nice and cozy holiday home in a quiet environment surrounded by greenery with its own terrace and parking space.

The house is fully equipped with a living and dining room, kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine so that nothing is missing for a perfect vacation.

There is always space for your car on the private property.

ROKO 2:
This spacious apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Crikvenica and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the opposite island of Krk.

This modern and beautiful holiday apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and is sure to offer an unforgettable holiday.

The 110 m² are spread over 2 floors and are divided into a living room with exit to the balcony overlooking the sea, a dining room with a very well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The air-conditioned dining area with the fully equipped kitchen form one room. A staircase leads to the large living room, from which you can access the furnished balcony, which has a fascinating and beautiful sea view.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a double bed and a TV with satellite connection. The large bedroom has a desk and a play area. The two bathrooms have a shower.
The washing machine as well as the ironing board and iron are in the storage room which is accessed from the kitchen.

Behind the house there is a well-kept garden and a private parking space.
