Apartments are located on a peaceful place near center. You just need 5 minutes of walking (350 meter) and you ll find yourself on the most beautiful beach on Adriatic. The size of apartment is 60 square meters. Apartments have one bedroom with double bed, one room with 2-3 beds, a bathroom with toilet, spacious and fully equipped kitchen and a living room with couch and a TV with satellite programs. Each apartment has a balcony. All guests are welcome to use grill that is on a terrace, surrounded with colourfull green environment. All guest also have a parking space. Apartments have airconditioning and WI-FI internet.

The island of Krk and Baška are just a few hours from the city centres of the capital cities of Europe – 651 km from Munich, 583 from Vienna, 400 from Graz, 200 from Ljubljana km, 742 from Prague and 628 from Budapest.
Although Baška is on an island, and located on the south east side, it is will linked with the mainland, by bridge, car ferry with the neighbouring island of Rab, by bus with other places on the island, and with Rijeka, the county town.
For the convenience of holidaymakers, there is also an airport on the island.

Baška has all the characteristics of the Mediterranean climate – pleasant springs, warm summers with little rainfall, gentle autumns and windy winters.

In the summer, sea temperature can rise to 25 C, and the swimming season lasts from May to September.
Winds that mark the individual seasons blow in Baška – most often the bora, a wind that dominates in winter, the sirocco in spring and autumn, and the maestral, or north-westerly, in summer.
