Apartments Nedica are located in a family house, in a top tourist part of Umag ideal for families with children, due to the diverse beaches and coastline surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of various species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses. The house is located near the sea, beaches, restaurants, and bars. Tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia Umag tennis tournament has been held for years are 700 m away from the house.
In the yard available for shared use there is a covered terrace equipped with a barbecue, table, and chairs.
Free parking is available in front of the house in the yard.

Apartment Nedica 1 is located on the first floor and consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, bedside tables, bedside lamps, mirror, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, sink with mirror, toilet, outside window, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living room consists of a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, a dining table with four chairs, a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-fi internet access, and air conditioning.

Apartment Nedica 2 is located on the second floor and consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, bedside tables with night lamps, mirror, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with mirror, toilet, outside window, two bathroom towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dining table with four chairs, two sofas, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-fi internet connection, and air conditioning.

- for safety reasons, turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
