VILLA MARIA is located in Nemira, which is an integral part of the town of Omis. The villa has five suites on three floors. The ground floor apartment 4 + 1, on the first floor there are two apartments - 4 + 1 and 2 + 1, and the top floor two apartments 4 +1. Each apartment has a separate entrance, separate bedrooms (double bed), kitchen, bathroom and a terrace or balcony overlooking the sea and the island of Brac. Sofa beds are provided for children. The apartments are fully equipped in terms of bedding, kitchen equipment and fridge, electric-gas and electricity, oven, coffee maker, dishes; on the terrace of a
three-piece suite-table and chairs.
The house is in the beautiful surroundings of a large garden where you can stay, we have a barbecue that you can according to your desires to use as well as an outdoor shower that is particularly looking forward to the kids. The house is in an enclosed area, we have a parking area for about 6 cars.
The beach is about 80 meters away, can be reached by a small street-often, and stairs. The beach is pebbly, located in the bay that is surrounded by a safety rope, and gradually coming deep waters.
Near the house (50 m) we have two stores in which you supplied her with all necessary food items.
The place Nemira is situated about 4 km from the center of town which can be a side road within walking distance (or the car driving 5 minutes highway).
