Apartments Marija are located in a family house in Bašanija, a small fishing village only 6 km away from Umag. The location is excellent due to the proximity of the town center and the beach. The area of ​​Bašanija is rich in pine forests and Mediterranean vegetation, with clear sea, untouched nature, silence, and various types of beaches. The area is known for air with an ideal concentration of herbal and marine aerosols which promotes physical health and helps cure respiratory ailments. A feature of this area is the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic, Savudrija lighthouse, which was built in 1818.

One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, bedside tables with bedside lamps, wardrobe with mirror, while the other bedroom is equipped with two single beds (2x80x200) that can be connected, wardrobe, bedside table with night lamp, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, sink with mirror and cabinet, bidet, toilet, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area consists of a kitchen equipped with a stove with 3 gas burners and one electric hob, oven, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, dining table with 5 chairs, sofa bed, satellite TV, free Wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning. The living room opens onto a semi-covered terrace.

Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), bedside tables with bedside lamps, wardrobe, and mirror, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, sink with mirror, exterior window, two bathroom towels per person are provided (changed weekly). Nearby is the tourist resort Savudrija, which offers various sports and entertainment facilities. At a distance of 4 km is the Golf Club Adriatic with an 18-hole golf course.
The center of Umag is only 6 km away.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.

- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
