Apartments BIONDA are newly built, luxuriously equipped, with garage or parking space available. They are located in a detached house in the quiet part of Senj, ideal for a peaceful and unforgettable holiday. Each has a separate entrance and a balcony, a TV set, satellite TV, radio, minibar, air-conditioning/heating, and they are available all year round.
The tax is included in the basic price, air conditioning is charged 7 E/day, if used.
A stay of less than 5 days in 07 and 08 months is charged 30% more.

Accommodation's reply:

Kedves Hölgyem és Uram, Önök egy szobát foglaltak fürdőszobával nem pedig apartmant és még érkezésük előtt tájékoztatva lettek hogy nincs közös konyha valamint hogy a szobában nem lehet főzni sütni. Azt mondták, hogy tudják és ez az Önök részére nem probléma. Megérkezésükkor campinggázt, edényeket és egyéb főzéshez szükséges tárgyat vittek fel magukkal a szobába. Rögtön figyelmeztettem Önöket hogy a házirendnek megfelelően a szobában főzni tilos. Önök ennek ellenére folyamatosan főztek. Ezek után kértem az irodát hogy értesítsék Önöket hogy a szobában tilos főzni azonban Önök nem vették fel a telefont. Önök után más vendégek érkeznek. Önök hogy éreznék magukat ha egy olyan szobát vennének ki ahol korábban napokig főztek. Távozásuk után a szobát ki kellett festenünk ahhoz hogy a következő vendégek ne panaszkodjanak a szagra. Kérem jegyezzék meg, a szobában ahol nincs konyha nem lehet főzni. Otthon sem főz az ember a hálószobájában hanem a konyhában tehát más házában is tisztelni kell a szabályokat, Üdvözlettel: Apartmani i Sobe Bionda Senj
