The beautiful, new Enea apartments are located in Savudrija, a small fishing village near Umag, just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
They are located on the ground floor of a family house, and each apartment has a private covered parking space, its own terrace, air conditioning and internet. In the yard available for shared use are a grill, trampoline for children and bicycles.

The new and comfortable apartment Enea 1 is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs at the entrance.
The kitchen is modernly equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic stove with 4 hot plates, a hood, an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, bidet, two bath towels per person (changed weekly).
The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), nightstands and night lamps, a large wardrobe. The living room has a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee table, a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet connection.

The kitchen is modernly equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic stove with 4 hot plates, a hood, an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils. Bathroom with shower, sink with mirror and cabinet, exterior window, bidet, toilet, closet, exterior window, two bathroom towels per person (changed weekly).

The location is sunny and quiet surrounded by nature.
The nearby beaches are of various types, sandy, with pebbles, concrete, rocky, to satisfy every taste and need. The area is one of the few where the coast changes shape and type every few hundred meters and abounds in vegetation near the sea where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of summer days. The area has been known by tourists for centuries for the healing air thanks to the pine woods of the area, for the nature and tranquility.
The beach at only 450 m, the bakery, greengrocer, bar at 800 m, the closest restaurant at 200 m, the petrol station at 200 m. The golf course at 4 km, tennis courts at 1 km.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous "Dam" of Umag, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shop in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the delight of children.
To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and minigolf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casinos, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For astronomy lovers and wishing to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave lovers, visit the wonderful little cave of Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.

- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution,
- to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
