Ideal for families too

The building is situated in an excellent location, 300m from the tourist center of Medulin and the beach is distant only 10 minutes by foot. There are 3 modern apartments available for renting. House is newly built, in 2017. Each apartment can accommodate 6-8 people. With its 100 m² size, each apartment also offers: three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), living room with sofa bed, kitchen, separate WC and terrace. Kitchen is equipped to highest standards and has: fridge with freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and water boiler. Guests also have washing machine, SAT/TV, WiFi and grilling possibility. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Air conditioning is only in the living room. Parking is in front of the building. Pets are not allowed.

"Családdal mentünk, 4 felnőtt 2 gyerek. Összességében elégedettek voltunk mindennel. Közel volt a part, boltok, éttermek szinte a kis falu közepén volt a szállásunk. Gyalog mindent meg lehetett közelíteni."
