Apartments Danica are located in a family house in the Komunela neighborhood near the center of Umag. The house consists of several apartments, of which studio no. 4 for two people, apartment no. 3 for a total of 6 persons and apartment no. 2 for a total of 8 people. Each apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private terrace, and for common use is a yard with a trampoline and a slide for children and free public parking across the street from the house.

Comfortable apartment no. 2 is furnished in a simple style and has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, the second has three single beds, while the last bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen is included, changed weekly.

The first bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet and toilet bowl. The second bathroom has a shower cabin, sink and toilet. Towels are available in the number of two per person, and are changed weekly.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove with 3 burners and one electric stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and kitchen utensils. In the dining room you will find a table and 8 chairs, air conditioning, flat screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi and access to a covered terrace with table and chairs overlooking the street and garden. In the yard, in addition to trampolines and swings for children, there is also a grill and a table and chairs available.
Free public parking is in front of the house and you have to cross the main road.

Apartment no. 3 4+2 for up to 6 people is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one extra for one person, and the other room with two separate beds for one person. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven and a living room with a dining table, sofa bed and TV. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washing machine, bidet, toilet, hair dryer and sink with mirror. At the entrance to the apartment is a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs and a barbecue.

Studio no. 4 for two people is located on the ground floor and consists of one room where at the entrance there is a kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, a kettle for water and coffee, and everything necessary for the preparation and consumption of meals, a dining table with chairs, and a double bed, wardrobe and television below. The bathroom has a shower cabin, a washing machine, a toilet and a sink with a mirror, and a hair dryer. At the entrance, a private terrace with a table and chairs.

The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, made up of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants and some buildings. The area is equipped with a large park with games for children and teenagers, free outdoor gym equipment and a magnificent lawn. In the area you will find the convenient Ultra supermarket with an adjoining bar, other shops, bank, pharmacy, two wine bars, the Paganini casino, cheap restaurants.
