Apartments Barica are located in a family house and are the ideal accommodation for families with children or small groups of friends who love peaceful vacations. The house is located in Valica, a small town surrounded by greenery only 7 km from the center of Umag. The apartments are equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation in complete comfort, away from the city chaos in a very quiet place overlooking nature.
For shared use, there is free parking near the house, a fenced garden with a barbecue, deck chairs.

Air-conditioned apartment Barica 1 is located on the ground floor. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, and mirror, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, washing machine, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, range hood, stove with three gas burners and one electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, plates, cutlery, glasses, and kitchen utensils. From the hallway, you enter the dining area equipped with a table and chairs. The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi internet access. The living room opens onto a covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs with a relaxing view of the landscaped yard.

Air-conditioned apartment Barica 2 is located on the ground floor. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), bedside lamp, and wardrobe while the other bedroom has a single bed (80x200), wardrobe and chest of drawers, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage shower, toilet, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). There is a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove with two gas burners and two electric hobs, kitchen hood, coffee maker, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, crockery, and dining table with 5 chairs. The spacious living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi internet access. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a covered terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the meadow, ideal for a morning coffee or a relaxing evening.

Apartment Barica 3 is located on the first floor. The comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, and mirror. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The spacious living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi internet access. Separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, range hood, stove with three gas burners and one electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, kitchen utensils, and dining table with chairs. The living room opens onto a spacious covered private balcony overlooking the beautiful area equipped with garden furniture and a deck chair. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the nearby woods and meadows.

The area is quiet, with lots of greenery around, the nearest beach is the one from the tourist resort Kanegra, which is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag Riviera. The pebble beach surrounded by pine forests is suitable for shelter from the sun in the hottest hours of the day. The sea in this area is crystal clear.
Upon arrival, you will receive a pass for free entry to Kanegra.
The nearest supermarket is in the tourist resort Kanegra, restaurant 200 m, beach Kanegra 1200 m, center Umag 7 km.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children, and minigolf course in Jangaloozo near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casinos, cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, inns, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For days you want to spend other than staying on the beach or in the evening, we recommend an unforgettable exploration of the interior of Istria. Grožnjan, a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Livade, a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. Various excursions by boat "Fish picnic" are organized, with an offer based on fish or meat, during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, Lim Channel, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in a beautiful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is prohibited inside the apartment
* We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
