Apartments Alex are located in an excellent tourist location in the area of ​​Punta, only 500 m from the sandy beach and 1.1 km from the center of Umag.
The apartments are located in two houses on the same land, in each house there are two apartments, one for 2 people and one for a total of 6 people.
A small tavern with a kitchen and a fireplace, as well as a table and benches is available for shared use in the yard. Parking is provided in front of the house, and pets are welcome with an extra charge per night on the spot upon arrival.

Apartment Alex 1 is simply furnished, equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. It has a bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided (changed once a week). The living room has a sofa bed for a child, a dining table with 3 chairs, free Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning. The equipped kitchen is equipped with a stove with two gas burners, a hood, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink with mirror, hair dryer and exterior window, two towels per person. Covered terrace with a table and 4 chairs at the entrance to the apartment.

Apartment Alex 3 is simply furnished, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It has a bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps and a wardrobe. Apartment Alex 4 is located in a family house where 3 other apartments for 2-4 people are rented. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x190), a wardrobe, bedside tables with night lamps, bed linen is provided (weekly change). Bathroom with bathtub, sink with mirror and cabinet, toilet, external window, bathroom with sink, mirror and toilet bowl. Two towels are provided per person (changed weekly). The living room consists of a living room with a sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet. The dining room is equipped with a dining table with 6 chairs and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator with a crawl space, a stove with three gas burners and an electric hob, hood, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. At the entrance, a covered terrace furnished with a table and 4 chairs. In the garden there is an Istrian stone table with benches where you can spend relaxing moments in peace in the shade.
The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, the supermarket is 600m away, the restaurant is 250m away, and the waterfront is 800m away.
Located in an excellent location near the famous ATP tennis center, where the famous tennis tournament ATP Croatia Open Umag has been held for years. There is a children's playground near the house.

Only 400 m away is the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort and the stop of the tourist train that travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and vice versa.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, and the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag Dam, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, go shopping in the shops of the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the delight of children.
To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are several opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and minigolf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casinos, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For astronomy lovers and wishing to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave lovers, visit the wonderful little cave of Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
