Description of the accommodation:
The Lívia Apartmanház is located in the tourist center of Balatonfüred, everything can be reached within a few minutes' walk: coast, promenade, beach, sights, ..
Our studio apartments are spacious, 18 and 30 m2, with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, prepared for 2-4 people.
Each apartment has its own:
- Kitchen corner, including refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, plates, cutlery.
- Dining table with chairs.
- Bathroom-toilet with shower, towels, liquid soap
- Flat screen TV with Hungarian and foreign channels.

- Free fan!
- PAID air conditioning if needed: HUF 2,000/night/apartment.
- We can provide free parking for a maximum of one medium-sized car per studio in a limited number of closed gardens.
- We accept children over the age of 9!
We try to provide a calm environment and a family atmosphere. We welcome those who choose us with these considerations in mind!
We are happy if our guests arrive no later than six in the evening, but we can make exceptions in justified cases.
