Relax with the whole family in this new, quiet accommodation, located on the first floor of a family house surrounded by nature. Ideal for those who want to spend a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The area is ideal for long walks or bicycle rides along the paths of the surrounding countryside. The beautiful pebbled beach of Kanegra is only 5 minutes by car. The center of Umag is 5 km, and the restaurant is 900 m.
The new apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (180x200), bedside tables with night lamps, a wardrobe, and bed linen is provided (weekly change). The bathroom with shower, toilet, sink with cabinet, hairdryer and washing machine. Two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area has a sofa bed for two people, a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen satellite TV. air conditioner, chest of drawers. The kitchenette offers a stove with 4 gas burners, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer area, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses. From the living area the exit to the terrace furnished with table and 4 chairs which offers a magnificent view of the surrounding nature. Free Wi-Fi. Private parking, free near the house. Guests can use the garden of the house for shared use.
The place is very nice, ideal for those who love nature, clean air and tranquility. Only 5 km from the center of Umag and only 4 km from the fantastic Kanegra beach. Nearby some restaurants and pizzerias.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children.
To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, horse riding centers
, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat trips or by bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the joy of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.
