Cozy apartment of 32 m2 located on the first floor of a family house, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The house also offers a studio apartment for 2 people for rent on the ground floor.
The position of the house is quiet and sunny in the tourist area of ​​Umag preferred by tourists, for the variety of the beaches and for the coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of different species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses. The beaches and bathing facilities are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. Nearby are the Stella Maris tennis courts, where the famous Umag ATP Croatia Open tennis tournament has been taking place for years.

Nice, simple, and modest, apartment for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults with a small balcony for two equipped with table, two chairs, and parasol. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), sofa bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). Bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, bathroom towels are provided (changed weekly), a hallway leads to a separate toilet with a small sink. The hallway leads to a small balcony positioned all day in the shade. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two children or an adult, a table, and chairs, flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with three gas burners and an electric hob, hood, refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, plates, and cutlery. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available (poor reception possible). Free private parking with two parking spaces in front of the house.
The owners have a docile dog, some pigeons, and two turtles.

The apartment is located 600 m from the supermarket, 250 m from the petrol station and seafront, 400 m from some restaurants. On the promenade, there are various bars where you can enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning with a view of the sea and the boats of the local fishermen anchored in the port.
Just 300 m away there is the station of the tourist train that leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in Umag center and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or can be reached by tourist train.

In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend that you go to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
