Our guests will be able to live as they would at home , with the option of cooking and preparing their own meals in the kitchen.

The apartment is suitable for maximum 4 people and perfect for little families or couples.
We offer well-travelled guests apartments that are stylish, modern and aptly furnished with the amenities and services required to aid any business or leisure stay.
The beautiful accommodation is decorated in warm earthy tones. It features an open plan living and dining room, 1 bedroom, 1 open bedroom, 1 bathroom and a balcony.
The spacious and inviting living area has corner sofa bed, a flat screen TV and fireplace to warm up by. A pine dining area can comfortably sit up to 4 for intimate and relaxed meals. A spacious fully fitted kitchen provides all the desired appliances with a cooker hob, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.
The romantic master bedroom boasts a solid wooden double size bed, wooden occasional furniture and a pretty interior to delight and relax. A second, open bedroom features the same pretty and delightful interior and is furnished with one solid wood single bed. Both bedrooms have a lot of natural lights.
A large modern tiled bathroom features a power shower, wash basin and toiletry.
On a small balcony overlooking the garden, you can enjoy your breakfast while sunbathing.

Combine a day-trip to HUM-the smallest town in the world, with visits to some of the neighbouring hill towns such as DRAGUĆ, GROŽNJAN or MOTOVUN and enjoy a leisurely meal at "ROČKA KONOBA" restaurant.
Also worth a visit in the immediate vicinity there is the small picturesque village of KOTLI, which has experienced a new revival after being completely desolated, and is known for its charming water-mills and waterfall.
