Description of the accommodation:

Beautiful, nicely furnished, new apartment in the center of Fonyód-Bélatelep.

With new and modern equipment.

The house is ca. 200 m far from the lake Balaton.

It is located in a quiet side street.

Big, well kept garden with trees and a roofed parking place on the parcel.

In the yard there is possibility for grill with gas grill with lava stones, thee is a gas wok, too.

In the garden is a swing bed and on the terrace differente garden furnitures. There are two bikes, wich can be rented.

Ground floor:

a small living room with kitchen, diner, and sat tv. .

The kitchen is well equipped with cofeemaschine, filter,- esspressomaschine, water boiler, microwave, gas oven, enough cutlery, pot and glasses.

1 bedroom with frenchbed, 1 bedroom for 2 persons.

Bathroom with shower, separate WC.

All rooms are heatable.

Not far from the house are more free beaches.

The distance to tha beaches are ca. 250 m, 300 m and 400 m. Shop ca.400 m and ca. 200 m from the house in one restaurant, too.

Pet: not allowed.

Deposit: max 150 €/object

"A leírásból nekem nem volt egyértelmű, de ez nem egy csak apartman, hanem ez egy kiadó ház. Vagyis, más nem volt a kerítésen belül, csak mi! Kisgyerekes családként ennél jobbat nehéz elképzelni, jövőre is ide fogunk menni nyaralni! Emellett nem érződik az, ami sok apartman esetében, hogy a tulajdonosok igyekeznek mindenből a legolcsóbbal felszerelni az apartmant. LG mikró, Zanussi hűtő, a képekkel ellentétben nem CRT, hanem lapostévé, újabb kávéfőző, stb..."
