The apartment is located in a very famous tourist place Umag on the west coast of Istria. The place is rich in beautiful sandy beaches that along the coast abound in Mediterranean forests and various plants. It is rich in tourist sports and entertainment facilities for adults and children.
The apartment is located in a quiet village only 150 m away from shops and a children's playground. The city center and the beach are easy to reach on foot in 10 to 20 minutes, the promenade is only 700 m away, restaurant 300 m, bar 150 m. Famous tennis courts where the ATP Open Umag tennis tournament has been held for many years are only 800 m away from the apartment.
An airy and comfortable apartment of 58 m2 is located on the first floor of a family house in a row in which another apartment is for rent for a max of 4 people. It consists of one bedroom with double bed 180x200, bedside table, and bedside lamp, wardrobe, iron, ironing board, exit to the covered, furnished terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. Second room with double bed 140x200, bedside table and bedside lamp, wardrobe. From the entrance hall equipped with hangers and cupboard access to the living room in the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, and an external window, hairdryer, washing machine. The spacious living area consists of a kitchen area with an equipped kitchen containing a refrigerator, freezer, oven, combined stove with three gas burners and one electric hob, kitchen hood, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, there is also a dining table with 4 chairs. In the living room, there is a sitting corner sofa, coffee table, early screen TV with satellite programs, air conditioning.
The yard and gas grill with table and chairs are for shared use.
Parking is free in front of the house (No1).

The house is located in a village consisting of private houses with landscaped parks and low-rise buildings. The house is only 800 m away from the center of Umag.
In the center of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, aquarium, church and a walk through the famous Umag breakwater "Diga", exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town of Umag, a new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in shops or touring stalls and playgrounds on the waterfront for children.
To purchase a larger amount of groceries, we recommend going to the largest and most affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
The Umag area offers countless opportunities for recreation and leisure: tennis courts, Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, equestrian center, sports centers for lovers of water sports such as water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children, and mini-golf course in Jangalooz near the tourist resort Sol Stella Maris, slot clubs, casino', cocktail bars, the possibility of various excursions by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, inns, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For days you want to spend other than staying on the beach or in the evening, we recommend an unforgettable exploration of the interior of Istria. Grožnjan is a picturesque town of artists with a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view of the valley of the river Mirna. Motovun, a typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival that has been held for years in late July. Meadows, a town known for its white truffles located in a nearby forest. For lovers of astronomy and eager to admire the sky and stars, visit the Astronomical Center Visnjan, 30 km from Umag, with prior notice. For cave lovers, visit the beautiful small cave Baredine just 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world only 60 km from Umag. Cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč are also interesting, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited by organized excursions. Various excursions by boat "Fish picnic" are organized, with an offer based on fish or meat, during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, Lim Channel, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in a beautiful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is prohibited inside the apartment
* We kindly ask our guests to follow the house rules:
- respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon break,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioner, washing machine, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- use accommodation equipment carefully,
- leave dishes empty and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- report the damage to the owner, which after an accurate assessment of the damage the owner will require payment of costs in cash before departure,
- announce the expected time of departure one day before departure to arrange the return of the keys.
